三 | 杭州时隔14年，再度拉响台风红色预警！临安、萧山、富阳、桐庐等区县均发布暴雨红色预警信号。为什么“白海豚”对浙江的风雨影响这么大？截至昨日19时，浙江省共发布286个气象灾害警报与预警信号。杭州市临安区气象台于昨日13时53分发布台风红色预警信号，这是时隔14年，杭州地区再次发布台风红色预警信号，同时，临安、萧山、富阳、桐庐均发布暴雨红色预警信号。为什么此次台风会在浙江掀起如此强烈的风雨影响？浙江省气象局宣传科普首席专家楼茂园通过三大核心原因，解释了本次台风的“超强战斗力”。“首先是浙江踩中了台风的危险半圆。‘白海豚’以西行略微向北走，从危险半圆区域来看，整个浙江除了丽水南部和温州南部以外，几乎所有地区都受到较完整的云系覆盖。”其次，台风“白海豚”体型庞大，环流云系直径超1200公里，云系面积超100万平方公里，足以覆盖整个华东地区，正因其云系庞大，除了登陆点附近有强风雨外，登陆前后的影响范围也很大。“这也导致了在台风影响期间浙江几乎全省都在下雨，这是非常少见的，即使是在梅汛期也很少见到。”楼茂园表示。此外，水汽充足、滞留时间长也是一大原因，“白海豚”本身的水汽也极为丰富，远超“巴威”，且登陆后在我国停留时间较长。民间气象组织@中国气象爱好者表示，从目前来看，暴雨第一阶段主要在江浙沪，浙江几乎全省、上海、苏南、安徽东部和江西都有大暴雨，浙江山区累计雨量可能超过600毫米，接近台风“美莎克”在广西造成的特大暴雨。
四 | 风雨还将持续 未来“白海豚”会怎么走？值得注意的是，台风登陆不等于影响结束，风雨影响还将继续，千万不要松懈！据浙江天气消息，昨天傍晚到今天上午，全省大部分地区有大雨、暴雨，部分大暴雨，其中台州、宁波、温州北部、丽水东部、金华东部、绍兴东部等地局部有特大暴雨；今天下午到夜里，浙西北和沿海地区部分大到暴雨，局地大暴雨。杭州范围，降雨最强时间段集中在昨天夜里到今天上午，全市阴有大到暴雨，局部大暴雨；最大东北风平原地区8～10级，山区和江湖水面10～12级，个别12级以上。风雨势头猛烈，不少人关心登陆之后，“白海豚”会怎么走？中央气象台预计，“白海豚”会以每小时15—20公里的速度向偏西转西偏北方向移动，强度逐渐减弱。
